Health Information System Interoperability

From visit to claim,
nothing goes unseen

For the teams behind national health information systems: see which platforms are live, follow any claim from visit to payment, and keep verifiable evidence for every decision.

How it works

From visit to claim in three steps

1

Platforms go live

Onboarded, certified and whitelisted HMIS report into one registry.

2

Every claim is traced

Visits, clinical records and claims stay linked — stalled or unsupported claims get flagged.

3

Evidence you can re-check

Tamper-evident records and a proof pack for every claim, verifiable independently.

Frequently asked questions

What is HISI?

HISI is a platform for monitoring, managing and governing every HMIS connected to national health information systems, with claim tracing and verifiable evidence built in.

Who can trace a claim?

Anyone with a Visit ID can follow the journey from visit to claim on the public visit-journey page. The detail shown depends on the person’s access.

How does an HMIS get connected?

It is onboarded, certified and whitelisted, then monitored. The onboarding journey and the live registry live in the dashboard, under HMIS registry.

Are the dashboard numbers live?

Yes. The figures are read straight from the connected HMIS platforms as they report.
